Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Grip & Flow socks, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Below is our return and exchange policy for orders placed through www.gripandflow.co.uk.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original packaging
- Free from marks, damage, or signs of use
- Returned with proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at hello@gripandflow.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Please note: Customers are responsible for
covering the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
2. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if you need a different style or if there’s an issue with your order.
To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@gripandflow.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

3. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gripandflow.co.uk with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on socks that have been worn or tried on.
